High Country salmon that has been cured with beetroot then smoked at a low temperature, resulting in a smooth, velvety texture similar to raw salmon. The beetroot adds a slight earthy flavour and a spectacular colour to the salmon. Actual weight will be within 50g of size ordered.

All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Deliveries are available to most addresses Tuesday-Friday. Saturday delivery only available to certain addresses. Please choose an available delivery date in your cart.

Beetroot Salmon

To die for - I’ve had it once and will order again.

How creative and tasty

When I found this as a new feature, I was like 'Beetroot'? But it was just amazing. Because of its colour, it looks like Tuna and the taste was SO GOOD! The texture was chewy soft and so flavourful. We made a Poke bowl as well as salad with cream cheese. It was just perfect.

We love the beetroot cold smoked salmon. It’s delicious, healthy and we buy several at a time because we don’t want to be without it.
It’s our absolute favourite.

Wonderful flavour

Beautifully smoked with beetroot tints in flavour. Brought fresh so ate in sashimi style and the texture was smooth and velvety. 10/10
