All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Deliveries are available to most addresses Tuesday-Friday. Saturday delivery is only available to certain addresses. Please choose an available delivery date in your cart.

Great product!

The salmon mince is tasty and convenient to use. I add it to noodles or rice, vegetables or omelets. Will definitely order more.

Unusual but Nice

I never would have thought you could get Salmon mince. This was recommended to me by others and I decided to purchase some over lockdown. I've made some lovely Salmon patties from this mince as well as stuffed capsicum. Lovely texture and nice and easy to work with. Will definitely be buying more, so many more recipes I want to try with this.

Fish cakes take the cake

This is great for fish cakes. I mince up celery, red pepper, red onion, garlic and cook that in a little olive oil along with capers. Mix with the mince, throw in some nice fresh herbs and cover in panko breadcrumbs. Mix up the recipe with what you have on hand as this mince is versatile.

Versatile

I was unsure the first time I ordered the salmon mince. But have overcome my fear. There are many things you can do, burgers, salmon balls, tart filling… many options and always very tasty. It is a regular item in our orders now.
