High Country Salmon 160g portions with skin on and pinbones removed, vacuum packed for trouble free storage in your fridge or freezer. Actual weight will be within 20g of size ordered.

Please note: There has been a size and price change to this product. Portions used to be 180g.

All products are shipped with ice gel packs to keep the salmon chilled during the courier delivery. Deliveries are available to most addresses Tuesday-Friday. Saturday delivery only available to certain addresses. Please choose an available delivery date in your cart.

This is the nicest salmon, easy to order, great communications throughout the process, and despite courier challenges of late has always been delivered the day after dispatch. Also worth noting it is well packed with plenty of ice packs, so I’m confident if it ever were delayed it would still reach me in perfect condition. Vacuum packed portions are so handy to keep in the freezer.

Great on the bbq

My partner and I have a portion each week and I like to keep it simple as the natural flavour is amazing. BBQ is best as the skin goes nice and crispy but I can achieve that in a frypan as well. No oil needed as the salmon has enough oil within it. Perfect with a miso or sesame dressing and Asian slaw or garden salad.

Great sevice,just the ideal portion size. So easy just snip, cook ,on the plate and ready in no time. We serve with veges and all the goodness dished up in one meal. My Life is so east now . Thank you High Country Salmon.
